These terms govern your use of the Whole Live community forum. By creating an account or posting, you agree to them.

Be kind

Whole Live is a space for festival-goers to connect. Treat others with respect. Don't harass, threaten, impersonate, or share other people's private information.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Hate speech, slurs, harassment, sexual content involving minors, violent threats, spam, and illegal activity are not allowed. Content that violates these rules — and the accounts that post it — will be removed.

Reporting & moderation

You can report any thread or comment, and block any user, from the "…" menu. New posts are also automatically screened by an AI safety system. We review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours — including removing content and suspending or banning accounts.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your content but grant us permission to display it within the app. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time from Settings.
